International exhibition "AquaTherm 2018"

AquaTherm2018 is an annual, clearly segmented industry event that offers the most advanced energy saving and energy efficient solutions in the sector:

• heating;
• sewage and water supply;
• air conditioning and ventilation;
• bathrooms;
• pools, water parks, spas, baths and saunas;
• waste water treatment;
• filters and water purification technologies.

For 20 years, AquaTherm has been gathering more than 25 thousand specialized specialists from 47 countries of the world. The exhibition is rightfully considered the most important event of the year for the HVAC market. The event has been held for several years in a row on the territory of the largest exhibition center in Ukraine - IEC, with the support of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine. This year, the organizers decided to combine several large, interconnected exhibitions - WorldBuild Kyiv 2018, Intertool-Kyiv 2018 and AquaTerm 2018, which made it possible to transfer the event from large to grandiose, because about 487 participating companies were registered for AquaTherm 2018 alone from all over the world. The Aquaterm business program included dozens of seminars and meetings, among which the most popular were:

• seminar “Clean water and efficient heat for Ukrainian communities. Modernization of the heat supply system and improving the energy efficiency of cities. Drinking water
• the main resource of Ukraine";
• seminar "Swedish heating and cooling solutions";
• Conference to discuss by-laws to the Laws of Ukraine "On commercial metering of heat energy and water supply", "On housing and communal services". Draft resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Orders of the Ministry of Regional Development.

The program was prepared with the assistance of the NGO "CLUB OF MAYORS", Association "Ukrvodokanalekologiya", Swedish Business Association in Ukraine, Embassy of the Kingdom of Sweden in Ukraine, BDH German Association for Energy Efficient and Renewable Energy, National Association of Ukraine for Heat Pumps, Plumbing Engineering Center Valtek, DTS Plus, WaterNet and attracted thousands of specialized specialists.

Representatives of the UTMK company also attended this event and held meetings on a number of issues, including the effectiveness of the use of galvanized steel pipes in the construction industry and utilities, its advantages in comparison with plastic pipes. Many experts noted the undoubted superiority of plastic tubular products in the field of individual construction. However, the scope of civil and industrial construction still requires the use of stronger and more durable materials. Such, without any doubt, are steel pipes that can withstand the effects of the external environment and avoid corrosion damage due to galvanization. Only steel pipes are able to withstand high pressure, temperatures, aggressive effects of any working medium (oil, gas, acids, steam). The accompanying details, such as steel fittings, received no less attention. Representatives of the company focused on the need to comply with high quality standards in the production of such products. They also talked about their possible use not only in industrial sectors (producing pumps, laying pipelines), but also about the possible use of steel fittings in the construction of swimming pools and in other private and civil construction.
