The essence of production and subsequent application

After passing the production process, the wire rod is used as a separate metal product. Despite the fact that the product is a workpiece, it is presented with rather serious requirements (deviations towards the quantitative content of the elements are possible).The accuracy of rolling, mass, diameter, boundary deviations are strictly verified with Government Standard. The technology of wire rod production begins with processing at rolling special stations. The metal heats up and stretches, passing through the shafts. Due to the fact that the workpiece is crimped from all sides, the corresponding size and shape of the wire are obtained. On the winding equipment, the product is packed in rings. Cooling of the metal product takes place according to one of the developed schemes:

• Natural  is carried out slowly, but allows you to create a soft and ductile wire;
• Accelerated passes in two stages by cooling with water or fans, and the result is a solid workpiece
