Cooperation of metal depot "UTMK" with agricultural and agrarian enterprises

In Ukraine, the agricultural and agrarian sector currently occupy a significant place, the country's economy directly depends on them. It is on these areas that the well-being of the country, each person and the functioning of industry depend. The Southern Pipe Metallurgical Company cooperates in every possible way with both the agrarian and agricultural sectors, and participates in their development. Land and weather conditions are of great importance in the agricultural industry. In addition, in order for the harvest to be regular and of high quality, and for the plants to bear fruit throughout the year, other conditions are necessary. Metal is widely used to create the highest quality conditions for the growth of plants and animals.

Production of greenhouses from DN pipes for an agricultural enterprise

Ferrous metallurgy has a wide range of influence and is used in many types of industry, including in the agricultural and agricultural sectors.

Greenhouses are an important element in the agricultural industry. To create them, seamless, shaped and welded pipes of round square and rectangular shape and preferably small diameter. Greenhouses are made in such a way as to withstand wind and snow loads at different times of the year, regardless of what kind of design and shape they have. The use of pipes is due to the fact that steel should be as light as possible without sacrificing quality, and the absence of a seam increases the resistance of the product to corrosion.

Performing a collapsible frame made of steel pipes, it can be dismantled and mounted at any time. After the steel frame is made, the frame is covered with a polymer film. The polymer is necessary in order to protect the inner surface from dust and precipitation, as well as to create an ideal microclimate inside. In the summer, the polymer can be removed, leaving the core of the pipes in place, and without disassembling the entire greenhouse. 

We cooperate with many agricultural enterprises in Ukraine. Recently, together with an agricultural enterprise, we made greenhouses in Boryspil. For production, PN welded pipes with a diameter of 32 and 40 mm were used. Used for the construction of 4 greenhouses, about 100 tons of pipe.
