The company "UTMK" became a full member of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine

ON JUNE 27, 2017, an expanded meeting of the Board of Directors of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine took place. At the opening of the meeting, opening remarks were made by the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine, the speaker was Lev Partskhaladze; from the State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate of Ukraine, speaker - Valeriy Filonchuk.

There was a solemn acceptance of new members of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine, including the company «UTMK». Also, the company "UTMK" spoke at the meeting, telling in detail about its successes and sold products.

At the meeting, pressing issues were considered:

1. Provision of a regulatory framework for the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding the Improvement of Urban Planning Activities". Speaker: Kozlovskaya N.V.
2. Problem issues related to the introduction of changes in the legislation regulating the construction industry, and ways to solve them. Speaker: Berkuta A.V.
3. The expediency of registering property rights to premises located in facilities under construction as a condition for the sale of these rights. Establishment of a working group to develop legislative proposals. Speaker: Veselova N., Grusevich V.A.
4. Initiating before the Ministry of Regional Development the issue of creating a joint working group to improve the regulatory framework for pricing. Speakers: Serbin Y.S., Berkuta A.V., Sholomitsky L.M., Ishchenko M.Yu.
5. KSU support Appeal on the need to make changes agreed with the consumer to one of the basic industry standards DSTU B V.2.7-46: 2010 “Building materials. Cements for general construction purposes in the State Enterprise "Cement Certification Body" SEPROSEM ", State Research Institute" Ukrndicement »and the Ukrainian Association of Enterprises and Organizations of the Cement Industry« Ukrcement ". Speaker: Lisich A.V.

The meeting was constructive and harmonious. Along with the solemn admission to the Board of Directors and the ranks of the CCU, raising issues that are extremely important for the construction of the country, information about the annual Ibuild award was also officially announced. This is a key industry event to determine the best specialists, projects, facilities, enterprises in the construction industry! This year the awards ceremony will take place in celebration of the Builder's Day on August 9, 2017.
