Description
I-beam 160 INP steel S355J2+AR is a hot-rolled steel product with an H-shaped cross section. The product is 160 mm high, 74 mm wide, and 6.3 mm thick. The weight of one running meter is 22.7 kg, and the length of one ton of rolled steel is 44.05 m. The standard length is 12.1 m.
It is manufactured in accordance with EN 10025 cert. 3.1 + CE from structural unalloyed steel grade S355J2+AR by hot rolling and repeatedly crimping the billet with rollers. It lends itself well to bending.
Steel I-beams are widely used in construction as structural supports, floor, and roof structures in prefabricated buildings, for reinforcing shafts of domestic and industrial elevators, and for bridge structures.
