IPN 220 Steel I-Beam (tapered) S235 / S275 / S355 EN 10025 cert 3.1+CE

I-beam 220 IPN is a type of long steel product that refers to beams with inclined inner shelf edges. It has dimensions HxWxT (mm): 220x110x5.4. One running meter weighs 24 kg, one ton contains 41.67 m of rolled steel, and the standard cut is 12.1 m.

It is produced by hot rolling on mills with rotating rolls from structural carbon steel of ordinary quality and structural low-alloy steel St3, 09G2S (S235 / S275 / S355) in accordance with DSTU 8768 ( acc. EN 10025 cert. 3.1 + CE).

It is used as a base in the production of centrally compressed columns for the construction of high-rise buildings due to the uniform distribution of the load throughout the structure. It is also used to strengthen mine shafts and other underground infrastructure, as well as guides for bridge structures and overpasses.

You can buy I-beams 220 on a self-delivery basis at metal warehouses in Sofia, Varna, Plovdiv, Warsaw, Lodz, Krakow, and Poznan. Delivery of lots above one ton is available throughout Poland, Bulgary, EU. We work with both retail and wholesale customers. Customers receive a discount depending on the volume of the order.
