I-beam 40Sh2 is a type of H-shaped wide beam. It is manufactured by hot rolling steel blooms from carbon and low-alloy steel grades St3, 09G2S (S235 / S275 / S355). Production complies with GOST 26020-83 ( acc. EN 10025 cert. 3.1 + CE).

The product's height is 392 mm, width is 300 mm, thickness is 10 mm, and standard length is 12.05 m. The weight of one running meter is 111.1 kg, and the length of one ton of rolled steel is 9 meters per ton. This beam reinforces various structures without significantly increasing weight and is resistant to displacement.

The 40Sh2 I-beam is widely used in construction for interfloor floors, roof framing, as a supporting structure in prefabricated buildings, for reinforcing shafts of industrial and domestic elevators, and as guides for bridges and overpasses.
