Description
I-beam 490 HEA steel S355J2+M is a steel product in the form of a beam with an H-shaped cross-section. The product is 490 mm high, 300 mm wide, and 12 mm thick. The weight of one running meter is 155 kg, and the length of one ton of rolled steel is 6.45 m. The beam is a wide girder type and is available from the warehouse in 12.1 m lengths.
It is made from structural unalloyed steel grade S355J2+M in accordance with EN 10025 cert. 3.1 + CE by repeatedly rolling the billet on roll mills. Its applications include the construction of both vertically and horizontally oriented connections and foundation elements. It is widely used in the installation of trusses. The main area of application is work related to the construction of load-bearing and non-load-bearing metal structures.
