Blind metal flange DN150 PN16 is a flat part with holes for bolts and studs for a strong connection of pipeline elements. Dimensions of the nominal diameter are 150 mm. Nominal pressure is 16 bar.

It is manufactured in accordance with GOST 12836-67 and standard EN 1092-1 by forging, stamping or plasma-arc cutting of a blank made of low-carbon structural steel grade 20 (C20 / S235JRG2). The flange can be used as a permanent or temporary element of the pipeline system.

The latter option is used in the process of pipeline construction for temporary plugging of open pipe ends. Before extending construction work on the main line, such plugs are dismantled.
