Description
Purchase half-arrow cutting edges made of Hardox 500, 550, and 600 steel at UTMK metal depots. We offer wholesale and retail sales of wear-resistant half-arrow profiles manufactured by SSAB to protect the attachments of heavy-duty quarry machinery.
The half-arrow profile is welded between the teeth of heavy excavator and loader buckets or used as a continuous cutting element. Its asymmetrical shape serves two purposes: it reliably protects the base plate and weld seam from abrasion and improves bucket penetration into dense and rocky soils.
These products are manufactured using high-hardness Hardox 500, 550, and 600 steel grades, ensuring maximum service life under constant contact with severe abrasives such as granite, quartz, and construction debris.
