Description
Steel hexagon bar 24, steel grade C22E, is a hot-rolled product with a hexagonal cross-section and a diameter of 24 mm. One linear meter weighs 3.92 kg, with 255.1 meters of rolled steel per ton. It is produced with accuracy grades h10, h11, and h12 and is available from stock in 7.3 m lengths.
It is manufactured from high-quality unalloyed steel grade C22E in accordance with EN 10278 cert. 3.1, using preheated billets as the starting material.
This material is widely used in construction and heavy engineering for the production of fasteners such as screws, nuts, and bolts. Steel hexagons are also utilized for decorative structures, including technological stairs, handrails, balcony railings, and observation deck fencing.
