18x1.5 mm Seamless CD Steel Pipe P265TR2 / E235 cert. 3.1 + CE

Seamless 18x1.5 mm P265TR2, E235 pipe is a type of thin-walled cold-rolled steel with a ring-shaped cross section. The outer diameter is 18 mm, and the wall thickness is 1.5 mm. A running meter weighs 0.61 kg, with 1639.34 m per t. It is available from stock in sections of 4-9 meters in length.

The pipe is produced in accordance with EN 10216-1, EN 10305-1 cert.3.1 + CE by cold forming on a rolling mill from hot-rolled tubular billets. The material used for production is a liner made of structural carbon steel of P265TR2, E235 grade. The liner is calibrated to the required dimensions by crimping with rollers.

These pipes can withstand high pressure, are resistant to water hammer, and offer strength, reliability, and durability. They are most commonly used for laying high-pressure pipelines in power and hydraulic systems, and also used as billets in mechanical engineering.
