Description
Seamless pipe 60x9 mm 45, C45E is a thick-walled cold-rolled pipe with a ring-shaped cross-section. It has an outer diameter of 60 mm and a wall thickness of 9 mm. A running meter weighs 11.3 kg, with 88.34 meters per ton. It is supplied in lengths of 4-9 m.
The pipe is manufactured according to DSTU 8939 ( ≈ EN 10216-1 / EN 10297-1 cert. 3.1 + CE) using multi-stage cold rolling. This process involves repeatedly crimping a billet of structural carbon quality steel grade 45, C45E with rollers to achieve the required shape and size.
This seamless rolled product is suitable for equipment operating under high pressure and temperature extremes. Applications include power plant equipment, well drilling casings, and utility lines.
