Description
Steel Weld Neck Flange DN125 PN100 is a pipe fitting designed for reliable pipe connections under pressure and temperature fluctuations. It features a minimum diameter of 125 mm and a nominal pressure of 100 bar.
These flanges are manufactured from structural low-alloy steel grade 20 (C20 / S235JRG2) according to GOST 12821-80 and EN1092-1 standards. Production methods include forging, stamping, or plasma-arc cutting of the billet. The varying wall thickness of the cone allows the flange to withstand higher pressures compared to conventional flat flanges. Connecting surfaces can be designed with a mating projection, protrusion, thorn-groove, lens gasket, or oval gasket.
These flanges are commonly used in high-pressure pipeline systems.
