Description

Steel Weld Neck Flange DN15 PN160 is a pipe fitting for ensuring reliable connection of pipes under conditions of pressure and temperature drop, with a cross-section in the form of a ring with a smaller diameter of 15 mm. Nominal pressure is 160 bar. It is made of structural quality steel grade 20 (C20 / S235JRG2) in accordance with GOST 12821-80 and EN1092-1. The workpiece is processed by forging, stamping, or plasma-arc cutting. The connecting surface can be made with a mating projection, a protrusion, a thorn-groove, for a lens gasket, or for an oval gasket. Due to its tapered design with varying wall thicknesses, the product can withstand higher pressures than a conventional flat flange.

These flanges are used on high-pressure pipelines.
