Description

Steel Weld Neck Flange DN150 PN25 is a pipeline fitting that provides the required level of tightness during pipeline installation. The ring-shaped section has a smaller diameter of 150 mm. Nominal pressure is 25 bar. It is made of structural carbon steel grade 20 (C20 / S235JRG2) in accordance with GOST 12821-80 and EN1092-1. Manufacturing processes include forging, stamping, or plasma-arc cutting of the billet.

This flange is suitable for connecting valves, pumps, automation, and other equipment with an operating temperature range from -253°C to +600°C. Applications include high-pressure pipelines. The connecting surface can be designed with a connecting protrusion, a simple protrusion, a thorn-groove, for a lens gasket, or for an oval gasket.
