Description
Steel Weld Neck Flange DN200 PN100 is a connecting element for sealing pipeline systems with high pressure and temperature. The ring-shaped section has a smaller diameter of 200 mm. The nominal pressure is 100 bar. The design distributes the pressure of the substances supplied through the conical hub. They are welded with a continuous seam and connected with bolts/studs.
These flanges are manufactured by forging, stamping, or plasma-arc cutting of billets from structural carbon steel grade 20 (C20 / S235JRG2) in accordance with GOST 12821-80 and EN1092-1.
Collar flanges are frequently used as integral connecting parts of high-pressure pipelines, or to connect pipelines to tanks or technical devices. Applications include hot water supply, cold water supply, gas and petrochemical pipeline systems.
