Description
Steel Weld Neck Flange DN200 PN25 is a pipeline fitting to ensure reliable connection of pipes under conditions of pressure and temperature drop. The smallest diameter is 200 mm. Nominal pressure is 25 bar. It is made of structural low-alloy steel grade 20 (C20 / S235JRG2) in accordance with GOST 12821-80 and EN1092-1. Manufacturing processes include forging, stamping, or plasma-arc cutting of the billet. This flange is suitable for operating temperatures from -253C to +600C.
This product is used for connecting valves, pumps, automation, and other equipment on high-pressure pipelines. Connecting surface options include a connecting protrusion, a protrusion, a thorn-groove, a lens gasket, or an oval gasket.
