These collar flanges are manufactured from St20 steel (C20 / S235JRG2) following GOST 12820-80 and EN1092-1 standards. The manufacturing process involves multiple stages, from hot forging to precision CNC machining, ensuring high quality and reliability for challenging operating conditions.
Suitable for power and heat supply pipelines, these flanges operate within a wide temperature range of -40°C to +450°C. Installation involves collar welding, bolted fastening with controlled tightening, and the use of spiral wound gaskets (with either protruding or flat surfaces) for a secure, leak-proof seal.
