Description
Steel Weld Neck Flange DN250 PN16 is a flat part with holes for bolts and studs, enabling a strong connection of pipeline elements. The smaller diameter is 250 mm, and the nominal pressure is 16 bar. It is manufactured by forging, stamping, or plasma-arc cutting from a billet of structural carbon steel grade 20 (C20 / S235JRG2), conforming to GOST 12821-80 and EN1092-1.
Collar flanges are frequently used as integral connecting parts of high-pressure pipelines, or for connecting pipelines to tanks or technical devices. These flanges find applications in hot and cold water supply, gas, and petrochemical pipeline systems. The design distributes the pressure of the supplied substances through the conical hub.
