Description
Steel Weld Neck Flange DN250 PN6 is a pipe fitting for ensuring reliable connection of pipes under conditions of pressure and temperature drop, with a cross-section in the form of a ring with a smaller diameter of 250 mm. Nominal pressure is 6 bar. It is made of structural quality steel grade 20 (C20 / S235JRG2) in accordance with GOST 12821-80 and EN1092-1. The workpiece is processed by forging, stamping, or plasma-arc cutting.
This flange is used for connecting valves, pumps, automation, and other equipment with an operating temperature from -253C to +600C. Applications include high-pressure pipelines. The connecting surface can be made with a mating protrusion, a protrusion, a thorn-groove, for a lens gasket, or for an oval gasket.
