The collar flanges are manufactured from certified steel St20 (C20 / S235JRG2) according to GOST 12820-80 and EN1092-1. The process involves hot stamping and forging for maximum metal density and defect prevention, followed by CNC machining for precise dimensions and high-quality seal surfaces.

These flanges are suitable for chemical industry applications with moderately aggressive media, industrial water supply, and compressed air systems. They operate within a temperature range of -40 to +450 °C and withstand increased loads. Paronite or spiral wound gaskets are recommended for enhanced sealing performance.
