Bucket knife 150x16 mm SB-40 / SB-50

Bucket knife 150x16 Swebor is a cutting element for excavator, loader, or grader buckets, manufactured from Swebor steel by the Swedish company Swebor R&D. The steel features a Brinell hardness of 360–440 HBW (SB-40) / 460–540 HBW (SB-50). The rolled profile is 16 mm thick with a 25° bevel angle.

UTMK steel service centers offer this cutting edge with a width of 150 mm and a standard length of 6.1 m. The weight per linear meter is 17.8 kg.

Designed for open-pit excavators, the cutting edge is installed at the bottom of the bucket to protect the attachment from ground contact. The bucket blade also serves as a support for the tooth system, significantly increasing the strength and wear resistance of the equipment's most vulnerable components.
