Description

The 250x25 Swebor bucket blade is a replaceable wear part for loader or grader buckets. The steel is manufactured in Sweden by Swebor R&D. The plate features a Brinell hardness of 360–440 HBW (SB-40) / 460–540 HBW (SB-50). The thickness is 25 mm with a 25° bevel angle. Cutting edges are available in a width of 250 mm and a standard length of 6.1 m, with a linear weight of 47.3 kg/m.

This grade of Swebor steel is designed for high-wear environments and offers excellent weldability. The cutting edge for mining excavators is installed on the bottom of the bucket, protecting the attachment from ground contact and serving as a support for the tooth system. The blade is designed for bolted attachment.
