Bucket knife 300x30 mm SB-40 / SB-50

The 300x30 Swebor bucket blade is a replaceable wear part for loader and excavator attachments. It is manufactured from wear-resistant alloy steel by the Swedish company Swebor R&D. The product features a thickness of 30 mm and a bevel angle of 25°. The blades are available in a width of 300 mm and a standard length of 6.1 m. The weight per linear meter is 68.12 kg, with a Brinell hardness ranging from 360–440 HBW (SB-40) / 460–540 HBW (SB-50).

The cutting edge is mounted at the base of the bucket where it engages with the ground. This component also serves as a structural foundation for attaching teeth, additional blades, and inter-tooth protection elements. It is compatible with blades for graders, bulldozers, excavator buckets, front-end loaders, and skid-steer loaders from various manufacturers.
