Steel flat welded flange DN500 PN10 is a flat part with holes for bolts and studs, enabling a strong connection of pipeline elements. The smaller diameter is 500 mm, and the nominal pressure is PN10 bars. These flanges are manufactured by forging, stamping, or plasma-arc cutting of billets from structural carbon steel grade 20 (C20 / S235JRG2) according to GOST 12820-80 and EN1092-1.

These flanges are used to connect pipes of the same and different sizes, connect various fittings and devices, and safely supply pipes to a tank or other pressure vessel.
