Hot-rolled heavy-walled seamless galvanized tube 127x8 is an ultra-strong round steel profile without any seams, heavily galvanized to resist aggressive environmental conditions. Fabricated via hot deformation of monolithic steel logs, the pipe features a 127 mm outer diameter and an impressive 8.0 mm wall thickness. Standard supply lengths are 4 to 12.5 m. The linear weight is 23.63 kg per meter, and one ton consists of 42.32 meters.

Dimensions fully align with the European size grid (per EN 10216-1). For structural applications, steel grade 20 serves as a functional analogue to grade S235JRH as defined in EN 10210.

The thick metal wall makes this seamless pipe incredibly resistant to extreme hydraulic surges and external physical impacts. It is highly recommended for high-pressure industrial hydraulic lines, structural columns in high-load buildings, or as a reliable semi-finished billet for manufacturing bushings and other turned machine parts.
