Description
Hot-rolled seamless galvanized steel tube 76x6 is a circular hollow section without any welds, protected by a zinc coating. It is manufactured by hot deformation. The outer diameter is 76 mm, wall thickness is 6.0 mm. Standard lengths range from 4 to 12.5 m. The weight of one meter is 10.36 kg, and one ton contains 96.53 m.
The base material is high-quality structural Steel 20 (equivalent to European steel grades P235TR1 and S235JRH). The rolled product itself, manufactured to national standard DSTU 8938, serves as a functional analogue to products certified under European standards EN 10216-1 and EN 10210-2.
The increased wall thickness enhances the mechanical and hydraulic stability of the steel tube. This product is used in low-diameter hydraulic systems with elevated pressure, for gas supply process lines, and as wear-resistant posts in safety barriers.
