Description
Hot-rolled sheet 6 (1.5x6) S235JR+N is thick-rolled steel made from high-quality or ordinary carbon steel grades S235JR+N. The sheet's thickness is 6 mm, with a length of 6 m and a width of 1.5 m. One sheet weighs 423.9 kg, with approximately 2.36 sheets per ton.
Sheet steel is used in producing welded tubular products and as a material for parts and components. It's also used in the automotive, aircraft, shipbuilding, and mechanical engineering industries for sheathing aircraft and ship hulls and producing car bodies. Sheet steel is also essential in manufacturing heat-resistant doors and safes.
