The plate weighs 6,084 kg and is made from low-alloy structural steel grade S355J2+N. The sheet is produced by rolling a preheated steel billet through rollers.

Sheet metal is used in the production of welded ordinary and shaped pipes and as a material for safes and heat-resistant door structures. The billet is used for bent structural steel, supporting profiles for floors, bridge spans, medium and large-diameter pipes, chimneys, truck frames, clutch discs, and wheel rims.
