Hot-rolled low-alloy plate 10HSND 40x2000x6000 mm

Alloyed sheet 40 mm 10KhSND is a thick rolled product with a thickness of 40 mm, a length of 6 m. Low-alloy structural steel 10KhSND for welded structures serves as the raw material. The product quality meets EN 10025-2 (GOST 19903-2015) standards. Production involves rolling a hot steel billet on specialized mills.

The product is available in two layouts: 1500x6000 mm and 2000x6000 mm.

Sheet 1500 x 6000: weight 2826 kg | approx. 0.35 pcs/ton | Area 9.00 sq. m

Sheet 2000 x 6000: weight 3768 kg | approx. 0.27 pcs/ton | Area 12.00 sq. m

This alloyed sheet is used in the production of welded pipes and shaped rolled products, as well as elements of welded critical metal structures and various parts requiring increased strength and corrosion resistance. The operating temperature of such elements ranges from -70°C to 450°C.
