Seamless pipe 140x40 mm steel 20 ( P235TR1 ) is a particularly thick-walled hot-rolled longitudinal pipe with a ring-shaped section. It has an outer diameter of 140 mm and a wall thickness of 40 mm. A running meter weighs 99 kg, with 10.14 m per t. The pipe is available in lengths of 4-12 m.

The pipe is manufactured from structural unalloyed steel 20 ( P235TR1 ) according to DSTU 8938 ( ≈ EN 10216 / EN 10210 3.1 + CE ). The manufacturing process involves heating an initial hollow billet and processing it through rollers in a rolling mill to achieve the required shape and dimensions.
