It has a diameter of 245 mm and a wall thickness of 10 mm. The pipe is produced in lengths from 4 to 12.5 m, with measured length equaling unmeasured length. One meter weighs 57.95 kg, meaning there are approximately 17.26 meters per ton.

These pipes are made from 09G2S ( S355J2 ) alloy structural steel for welding using hot deformation of forged/rolled steel billets.
