Description
Seamless pipe 299x36 mm 20 ( P235TR1 ) is a high-quality steel pipe with a diameter of 299 mm and a wall thickness of 36 mm. The pipes are made from rolled and forged billets of carbon steel grade 20 ( P235TR1 ) using a hot forming production method. Production, quality indicators, and shipping methods comply with DSTU 8938 ( ≈ EN 10216 / EN 10210 3.1 + CE ). One meter of pipe weighs 233.50 kg, with 4.28 meters of rolled steel per ton. The product is shipped in lengths from 4 to 12.5 m.
These seamless pipes are suitable for pipelines operating at pressures up to 20 MPa (without testing) for transporting steam, hot water, oil, and gas. They are also used as raw material for producing boiler units and their components.
