Seamless pipe 299x40 mm 20 ( P235TR1 ) is a steel pipe without a weld, offering high resistance to high temperature and pressure. It has a diameter of 299 mm and a wall thickness of 40 mm. The product meets DSTU 8938 ( ≈ EN 10216 / EN 10210 3.1 + CE ) standards and is shipped in segments ranging from 4 to 12.5 meters in length. One meter of pipe weighs 255.49 kg, with 3.91 meters available per ton.

These seamless pipes are produced by hot-forming steel billets from high-quality carbon steel grade 20 ( P235TR1 ). The billets used can be either rolled or forged.

Seamless 299x40 mm 20 ( P235TR1 ) pipes are suitable for manufacturing boiler units and components, constructing pipelines for transporting water, steam, gas, and oil at high pressure (up to 20 MPa without testing), and laying municipal and interurban pipelines and heating systems.
