Description
Insulating flange DN50 PN6 is a pipeline fitting that provides the required level of protection against electrochemical corrosion during pipeline installation. The cross-sectional diameter is 50 mm. Nominal pressure is PN6 bars. It is manufactured in accordance with GOST 12820-80 and EN1092-1. The material is a billet of structural carbon quality steel grade 20 (C20 / S235JRG2). The insulating flange connection consists of an electrically insulating gasket, bushings, and collar-type flanges.
These flanges are used when installing branches on gas or oil pipelines extending from the main pipeline. They are also used when laying pipelines near potential sources of stray currents and when connecting elements made of different alloys.
