Description
Steel round bar 100 mm 19CrNi8 / 1.5924 is a cylindrical billet with a cross-sectional diameter of 100 mm. It is produced in accordance with EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE in lengths of 2–6 m. The weight of one meter of rolled steel is 61.8 kg, with approximately 16.22 m per ton.
It is manufactured by forming preheated slabs of 19CrNi8 / 1.5924, a structural steel alloyed with chromium and nickel, on rolling mills.
It is used as a billet for forgings, superheater tubes, steam lines, manifolds, flanges, high-pressure plant components, and air-hardened pipe fittings. It is also in demand in construction for reinforcing foundations, vertical and horizontal structures, and reinforced concrete floors.
