Description
Steel round bar 110 mm 20Cr4 / 1.7027 is a bar made of structural chromium steel grade 20Cr4 / 1.7027 with a circular cross-section of 110 mm. A running meter weighs 74.6 kg, with 13.4 meters per ton of rolled products. It is available from stock in lengths of 2–6 meters.
Steel round bar is produced by processing heated billets on rolling mills. Quality is regulated by EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE. The material does not require special welding conditions.
It is in demand for the production of improved parts: bushings, gears, clips, sleeves, disks, plungers, and levers. Such products require a hardened surface with a relatively soft core. It is used in the manufacture of valves, welded and seamless pipes, as well as in civil and industrial construction.
