The weight of one meter of rolled steel is 74 kg, and the length of one ton is 13.5 m. It is produced by forming preheated slabs from 35CrMnC, a structural alloy steel, on rolling mills. It is used as a billet for turbine disks, flanges, shafts, and bolts that operate at elevated temperatures. It is used to make parts used in the chemical and petrochemical industries. It is also used in the manufacture of spare parts in the automotive and aviation industries, and in construction to strengthen foundations and reinforced concrete structures.
