Description
Steel round bar 110 mm 40NiCr6 / 1.5711 is a ferrous rolled metal product with a circular cross-section and a diameter of 110 mm. It is produced by hot deformation on rolling mills from billets made of 40NiCr6 / 1.5711 structural chromium-nickel steel. The product is manufactured in accordance with EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE. The standard length is 2-6 meters. One linear meter weighs 74.6 kg, and one ton corresponds to 13.4 meters of rolled steel.
This product offers increased strength but is difficult to weld. It is used to manufacture axles, shafts, connecting rods, gears, excavator shafts, couplings, gear shafts, spindles, bolts, levers, rods, and cylinders subject to vibration and dynamic loads. It also serves as a billet for seamless pipe production and for strengthening various structures.
