Steel round 110 40KhN is a ferrous rolled metal with a circle cross-section with a diameter of 110 mm. It is produced by hot deformation on rolling machines. The material is billets made of 40KhN structural chromium-nickel steel. It is manufactured in accordance with DSTU 7806-2015; DSTU 4738:2007 (GOST 2590-2006). The standard length is 2-6 meters. One linear meter weighs 74.6 kg, and a ton is 13.4 m of rolled steel. The product has increased strength and is difficult to weld. It is used to manufacture axles, shafts, connecting rods, gears, excavator shafts, couplings, gear shafts, spindles, bolts, levers, rods, cylinders subject to vibration and dynamic loads. It is also used as a billet for seamless pipe rolling and to strengthen various structures.
