130 mm Steel Round Bar 30CrMo4 / 1.7218

Steel round bar 130 mm 30CrMo4 / 1.7218 is a solid rolled product made of heat-resistant chromium-molybdenum structural steel grade 30CrMo4 / 1.7218. It is manufactured via hot deformation from solid ingots and slabs. Production complies with EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE. The bars are supplied in 2–6 m lengths. The weight per meter is 104.2 kg, with approximately 9.6 meters per ton. The cross-section has a diameter of 130 mm.

These bars are resistant to prolonged exposure to high temperatures and exhibit excellent weldability during heat treatment.

The product is used for manufacturing general-purpose forgings, shafts, rotors, and steam turbine disks, as well as flanges operating at temperatures up to 500°C under pressure. It is also in demand as a billet for seamless pipes used in motorcycle components and high-strength load-bearing machinery structures.
