Steel wheel 130 30ХМА is a solid rolled bar made of heat-resistant chromium-molybdenum structural steel grade 30ХМА. It is produced by hot deformation from solid ingots and slabs. Production standards are GOST 19281-89 and GOST 2590-88. It is produced in 2-6 m long sections. The weight of one meter of the product is 104.2 kg, and the length of a ton is 9.6 m. The cross-section has a diameter of 130 mm. These wheels are resistant to prolonged exposure to high temperatures and weld well during heat treatment. The product is used to make general-purpose forgings, shafts, rotors and disks for steam turbines, and flanges with a working temperature of up to 500°C under pressure. It is also in demand as a billet for seamless pipes used to manufacture moped and motorcycle parts and high-strength load-bearing structures for machinery.
