Steel circle 140 15HM is a cylindrical billet with a cross-sectional diameter of 140 mm. It is produced in accordance with DSTU 7806-2015; DSTU 4738:2007 (GOST 2590-2006) in lengths of 2-6 m. The weight of one meter of rolled steel is 120.8 kg, with a length of about 8.3 m in one ton. It is produced by forming preheated slabs from St15KhM, a structural steel alloyed with chromium and molybdenum, on rolling mills. It is used as a billet for parts that operate at high temperatures for a long time: superheater pipes, high-pressure plant components, air-hardened pipe fittings, flanges, and tractor track bushings. It is also used in construction to strengthen foundations, vertical and horizontal structures.
