Description

Steel round bar 140 mm 36CrNiMo4 / 1.6511 is a cylindrical billet with a cross-sectional diameter of 140 mm. It is produced in accordance with EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE in lengths of 2–6 m. The weight of one meter of rolled steel is 121.1 kg, and the length of one ton is 8.28 m.

It is manufactured by hot rolling preheated slabs of 36CrNiMo4 / 1.6511 structural alloy steel containing chromium and nickel.

It is used as a billet for small-sized high-strength and wear-resistant spring-type components: gears, rollers, pins, couplings, and intake valves for tractor engines. It is also utilized in the automotive and aviation industries, as well as in construction for reinforcing foundations and vertical or horizontal structures.
