The product diameter is 16 mm. One running metre of the bar weighs 1.6 kg, and one tonne contains 625 m. It is produced by rolling a preheated billet on rotating roll mills made of structural alloy steel St40Kh. Rolled steel is widely used in construction as the basis for steel structures and supporting elements, and in machine building as blanks for parts subject to high impact loads: gear shafts, axles, rams, spindles, rails, half-axles, bushings, bolts, and gear crowns. It is used to manufacture body parts for various machines and mechanisms.
