Description
Steel round bar 160 mm 38CrSi4 / 1.5201 is a solid structural alloy steel bar of grade 38CrSi4 / 1.5201 with a circular cross-section and a diameter of 160 mm. A running meter weighs 157.8 kg, with 6.34 meters of rolled product per ton. It is available from stock in lengths of 2–6 meters.
The round bar is manufactured by hot rolling a billet through a rolling mill. The production standards are EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE.
It is used for the production of various heat-treated parts in the automotive industry, agricultural machinery, machine tool and instrumentation manufacturing, as well as for railway fasteners and solid-rolled rings for various purposes.
