Steel circle 18 St45 is a metal rod with a cross-section in the form of a circle. The standard length is 6.05 m. The cross-sectional diameter is 18 mm. The weight of one running meter is 2 kg, with about 500 meters in one ton. The product is made by hot-rolling from structural carbon steel of high quality grade St45 in accordance with DSTU 7809-2015; DSTU 4738:2007 (GOST 2590-2006). Steel rounds are well processed by turning and milling and are resistant to corrosion. It is used in the construction industry to produce rebar for reinforced concrete structures and in the manufacture of fences and gratings. Rolled metal products are also widely used in mechanical engineering and machine tool construction as raw materials for the manufacture of parts and mechanisms subject to thermal and mechanical stress: pistons, shafts, cams, plungers, spindles, and bandages.
