Description
Steel round bar 190 mm 19CrNi8 / 1.5924 is a cylindrical billet with a cross-sectional diameter of 190 mm. It is produced in accordance with EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE in lengths of 2–6 m. The weight of one meter of rolled steel is 223 kg, with approximately 4.5 m per ton.
It is manufactured by rolling preheated slabs of 19CrNi8 / 1.5924, a structural steel alloyed with chromium and nickel, on rolling mills.
It is used as a billet for heavy engineering components, forged parts, highly stressed shafts, gears, and structural elements requiring high core toughness and surface wear resistance. It is also utilized in demanding industrial applications.
