Description
Steel round bar 200 mm 38CrSi4 / 1.5201 is a cylindrical rolled product with a cross-sectional diameter of 200 mm. It is manufactured in accordance with EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE in lengths of 2-6 m. The weight of one meter of rolled steel is 246.6 kg, with 4.1 meters per metric ton.
It is produced by rolling preheated slabs of 38CrSi4 / 1.5201, a structural steel alloyed with chromium and silicon.
It is used as a raw material for strong, wear-resistant, and resilient small-sized spring-type components: gears, rollers, pins, couplings, and injection valves for tractor engines. It is also in demand for manufacturing spare parts in the automotive and aviation industries, as well as in construction for reinforcing foundations and vertical or horizontal structures.
