Description
Steel round bar 200 mm 66Mn4 / 1.1231 is rolled from structural spring steel grade 66Mn4 / 1.1231. The nominal diameter is 200 mm. The standard length is 2–6 m. Product quality is regulated by EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE. It is produced by hot rolling on rolling mills. The weight of one running meter is 247.2 kg, and the length of one ton of rolled steel is 4.1 meters. This round steel is suitable for welding.
It is used as a blank for springs, thrust washers, brake belts, friction discs, gears, flanges, bearing housings, clamping and feed collets, and other parts requiring increased wear resistance and operating without shock loads.
