Description
Steel round bar 21 mm 60S2XA (60SiCr7 / 1.7108) is a cylindrical billet with a cross-sectional diameter of 21 mm. It is produced in accordance with DSTU 4738:2007 ( ≈ EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE) in lengths of 2-6 m. The weight of one meter of rolled steel is 2.72 kg, with approximately 367.6 meters per ton.
It is manufactured by rolling preheated slabs of 60S2XA (60SiCr7 / 1.7108), a structural spring steel, on rolling mills.
This round bar is used as a billet for critical and highly loaded springs, thrust washers, brake bands, friction discs, gears, and other parts requiring increased wear resistance and operating under non-impact loads.
